Room was extremely clean and also near the train and bus stations
Loved that this hotel was minutes from rome termini metro station. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. Would recommend to stay here.
Near the main train station and walking distance of restaurants
We appreciated how close it was to stazione termini. Unique base for discovering Rome.
Together with husband, parents and 2 teenagers a week in Rome. The YES hotel is an excellent hotel. Hospitable, clean, with delicious breakfast, close to metro, station termini. an absolute must.
Location to Termini and metro is fantastic. A modern, clean hotel with an excellent breakfast.
Shower pressure weak and shower size small.
I booked a single room and was upgraded to a triple room without asking. Nice modern hotel just two blocks from the Roma Termini train station. I would certainly stay there again. Good breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
I don't like the Roma Termini area but if you need to be close to the station (like I did), it's a great place to be!
The hotel is very modern and clean and well situated around the corner from Termini railway station if you want to go exploring Rome. We chose the hotel as we had to take a train to the port after our stay and the hotel was so close to the station. The hotel staff were very helpful and dealt with our enquiries efficiently. We had a family room which was perfect for our needs.
The only drawback with the location is that you are not really within walking distance of a lot of the attractions of Rome and do have to take a bus or metro into the centre.
Front desk stuffs very helpfull and even advise us how to tour around Rome in very details.Breakfast quite ok where you can find scramble egg and full boiled egg.Very quiet during sleeping hours.I would recommend to others about this hotel.
Nothing bad comments from me on this hotel.
Helpful staff, great breakfast, excellent location with access to transportation.
Room was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds. Couldn't ask for a better location, close to Termini as long as you know where you are going. Perfect for using the metro to get around the city. Great staff! They were kind and very helpful.
No English channels (but there's better things to do in Rome than watch tv!). Breakfast could have been better, it's not the best you're going to find, but better than nothing. Needs an actual sign to mark it! There's only small print on the glass door and nothing else.
Nice fresh decor and great helpful staff. Very good value vs equivalent properties and very close to Termini
The room and the entire hotel is modern and new. The location is quite strategic since it's only a block away from Turmini station.
Everything was excellent! When we needed help finding a restaurant, a laundry, advice on using the Metro, the staff was very helpful. The room was great, the breakfast was outstanding, I have no complaint whatsoever. We would definitely stay here again.
The room. We ordered a quad room; for two adults and two children. Of course, we expected a large room with 4 beds and the average bathroom. We got a lovely main room with double bed, with a separate room with sliding door leading to two single beds. Off this was a large shower room with sink, and another sliding door in the bathroom lead to a large, spacious area with bathtub, sink, shower and toilet. This meant two people could have showers at the same time, or one person using the sink and another the toilet without disturbance. Also the breakfast was fabulous, with a very varied selection of breads, meat, cheese, cakes and drinks: coffees, water, milk, beverages and fruit juices.
There genuinely was not a thing that I disliked about the Yes hotel, except there was not very good signs of where the hotel was, once you arrived on the street. Just look for a side-sign reading ''Hotel New York'' and underneath it will be the yes hotel. Apart from that, all there was was the hotel's logo on the actual doors, not visible from a distance.
